Reception duties; contact with clients by phone and face to face, using booking software for booking and reporting and marketing, discussing client needs on phone and face to face (empathy required), getting treatment rooms ready for Therapists/clients, social media scheduling, email – newsletters (mail chimp), filing, leaflet drops, occasional evening event to prepare documents and good bags etc.
