Working as a Commis chef in the restaurant of the iconic Bluecoat Chambers, the oldest building in Liverpool city centre and the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Helping to prepare daily lunches, cooperate lunches, event and wedding catering. The operation has a large vegetarian and vegan menu also.
