Work experience in fully operation business along side trained professionals. The experience will be covering the following departments:
- Reception – helping to serve in the reception and café/bar as well as keeping it clean and ready for service. Learning different reception tasks, restocking products and learning to prepare hot drinks using professional coffee machine. Gaining experience with customer service, feedback and complains process with awareness of Data Protection.
- Housekeeping – cleaning rooms after check out, making sure stay rooms are well kept and serviced, helping to maintain cleanliness in all public spaces of the hostel with general awareness about Health & Safety.
