Contemporary brunches, exciting lunch and dinner service, sold out gigs for up to 300 people, events such as weddings and other celebrations, and we have a retail teashop. Our front of house team numbers 50 so you’ll gain experience of working within a large team. And it’s busy! So you’ll learn how to handle a large volume operation.
