Mental Health Support Sessions: 25/01/21

There is a virtual mental health support service offering confidential one-to-one mental health support for City of Liverpool College apprentices and students working part-time.

This confidential service offers expert advice and support over a nine-month period and provides:
  • A well-being plan to help you stay in, or return to work
  • Workplace adjustments
  • Coping strategies.

The next virtual sessions take place on Monday 25 January 2021

To access this support, you must:

  • Be in permanent or temporary employment (attending work or signed off sick)
  • Have a mental health condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed) that has caused you to be off work or is making it hard for you to undertake your duties and responsibilities whilst at work.
