As part of a team of support workers, you will enable and empower service users to live their life through their chosen ways. You will provide service users with the agreed support to meet their physical, social, emotional and personal care needs. You will also act as a key worker to service users under the guidance of more senior members of staff, in accordance with legislative requirements, organisational policies and procedures and the service users own objectives.
