Complaints, Compliments & Comments
At The City of Liverpool College, we are keen to hear what students have to say – both positive and not so positive!
For us to improve, it’s important to hear about your experiences whilst studying here at the College. All courses and services are reviewed regularly and your comments will inform future planning. If you have any positive experiences about being a student, please let us know by completing the Complaints/Compliments/Comments form and emailing it to email@example.com or hand it in to any reception, Learning Resource Centre (LRC) or Advice and Guidance unit.
If you are unhappy and would like to make a complaint, in the first instance you should either speak directly with the person involved, or with your course tutor. If, in your opinion, the matter is still not resolved, you can make a complaint using the procedure outlined below.
