Whether it’s the result of an attack, accident, a badly botched cosmetic procedure or a lifelong condition, help may be at hand.

One of the UK’s leading cosmetic and aesthetic practitioners, Dr Tijion Esho, is working with Tern TV (an independent production company) on a new 10-part TV series. The aim is to help people who suffer from a visible facial difference to look and feel their very best.

Dr Esho is at the forefront of pioneering non-surgical aesthetic treatments which can produce real results – treatments which are not readily available on the NHS.

The series will focus on issues affecting people’s faces. Tern are looking for people to take part in the series which will feature a varied range of stories in each programme. Tern is keen to hear from people with serious and extreme conditions who feel they have been unable to find help elsewhere.

Dr Esho is an award-winning UK-based cosmetic doctor, renowned for his expertise in aesthetic medicine and is an industry leader in the art of non-surgical procedures. His clinics treat clients from the UK and around the world. His aim to create outstanding natural results has made him one of the most influential people in the aesthetics industry. Past patients include victims of the London terror attacks, survivors of acid attacks, victims of serious trauma and patients born with congenital deformities. Problems he may be able to help with include skin conditions such as rosacea, acne (including cystic acne), skin tags, melasma and excess female facial hair.

Another area of particular interest is in people who have experienced Bungled Cosmetic Procedures such as botched Laser and Microblading treatment, lumpy lip and facial fillers or botched Botox or tear-trough treatment.

He is a vocal campaigner to ensure cosmetic procedures are carried out by certified practitioners. When Dr Esho first started practicing, victims of poorly performed cosmetic procedures like these were uncommon – today he can see two a day. The huge growth in the UK cosmetic industry over the last few years, coupled with a lack of regulation, means many cosmetic procedures are carried out by people with little or even no qualifications. A situation he feels needs to be urgently addressed.
