THESE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS WHO WISH TO GAIN EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF A SMALL TAKEAWAY / RESTAURANT BUSINESS. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: FOOD PREPARATION, SERVICE, CLEANING, STOCK ROTATION, TAKING ORDERS, FRYING, GRILLING AND BREAKFAST COOKING.

PORTLANDS TAKEAWAY LTD CONSISTS OF THREE MAIN SERVICES AS FOLLOWS:

BREAKFASTS 7am to 2pm Mon to Sat
FISH AND CHIPS 11am to 9pm Mon to Sat
PIZZA 11am to 11pm Mon to Sat

Each trainee will work under the supervision of an experienced member of staff.

A record of their work experience will be documented and signed off by the Manager to ensure that all areas of work are completed and are to a satisfactory standard.
