Your mental health is important, so make time to grow your mental wellness.


Group sessions are designed to help you go inwards, increase self-awareness, create emotional balance and inner peace. You will learn tools to let go of limiting beliefs, build confidence, and set positive future goals.

Wednesdays, 3:30 pm-4:30 pm in the Theatre Room (G2) Arts Centre
