Goal Setting

What is it?

Guided practise workshop to identify the obstacles in your way and how to overcome them. You will come away with a clear pathway to your success.

Who is it for?

Anyone looking for guidance on their path.

 

Keeping Safe & Carrying On

What is it?

Wellbeing support session detailing how your psychological system works & practical tips for coping with stress, anxiety and sleeplessness.

Who is it for?

Anyone struggling to cope with the weight of their worries.

 

Talk Safe, Plan Safe

What is it?

Comprehensive overview of suicide prevention concepts and best practise. Explains how to use a safe plan, make a comfort box, and the theory of constraints to help someone in crisis.

Who is it for?

Anyone supporting someone who is suicidal. N.B. This session is not suitable for anyone who is currently feeling suicidal themselves.

 

Yoga

What is it?

Evening hatha yoga practise to ease your stress and anxiety.

Who is it for?

Anyone looking for relaxation

 

Zentangle

What is it?

Guided doodling practise – incredibly relaxing and distracting from your worries. A supportive space.

Who is it for?

Anyone looking for a playful and calming break.
