My College @ The City of Liverpool College

Safer Internet Day 2014

Safer Internet Day is organised by the UK Safer Internet Centre to promote the safe and responsible use of online technology. Staying and feeling safe online is an important part of using technology, particularly in college, and something EVERYONE can learn, no matter how often you use the internet.

How Internet-savvy are you? Take the challenge to find out:

Do you know how to protect your privacy whilst sharing information online?

The college will also be launching a new  ‘social stream’, in each course page on ‘My Courses’ , as part of Safer Internet Day. This will allow you to talk to people on your course outside of class, help with group work and allow you to share information and ideas in a safe environment.
