Enrichment… Get Involved!

Getting the most out of college life

Personal Development

During your time in College, you will be supported and encouraged to work hard to achieve success.  However, we also want it to be interesting, fun, exciting and rewarding.

This experience, combined with the knowledge and skills you learn along the way, will prove invaluable as you move on towards employment or in to university.

Enrichment Activities – Get involved!

Make the most of your time in College through a range of exciting activities.

Be active. Experience. Enjoy.

There are plenty of opportunities for trips, events and activities including sports clubs and taster sessions – such as cookery or first aid. If your aim is to meet like minded friends, the Enrichment team can also offer help and advice about setting up your own club or group.

Why not put your spare time to good use by getting involved in some really worthwhile projects?     Volunteering gives you a great sense of achievement and is the perfect way to gain valuable experience.

It will really make your CV or UCAS application stand out from the rest.

In print and on air

If you’re good with the written word, have ideas about how things should look, or are confident behind a microphone, you could use your talents to work on the student magazine or in the College’s very own radio station.

Giving something back

As well as all the fun and energetic activities, why not get involved in a worthwhile project that benefits your local community.

Student Rep

A student representative is elected by a class to represent their views to College managers. It’s your opportunity to make recommendations for change and to get your voice heard at the highest level. Becoming a student rep is a very responsible job and you will gain skills that will benefit you both now and in the future.
